Directions & Suggested Use

  • Teeth and Gums: dissolve a teaspoonful in 50mls water, rinse for one minute, spit or swallow.
  • Mouth Ulcers: apply directly to mouth ulcers three to four times a day.
  • General Well-being: One teaspoon a day, in tea, water and or juice.

Only used this product for a week but I have noticed less plaque build up. Teeth feel smoother and no sensitivity.It's to early to tell if it helps with bone and joint problems.
