Recommended Use

| 3-6 Years Old | 15mg* per kg body weight twice a day up to a maximum of 250mg a dose. |
| 7 - 12 Years | 250mg (approximately 1/8th of a level teaspoon). |
| 13 - 16 Years | 500mg (approximately a quarter of a level teaspoon) twice a day. |
*For example: 4 year old boy weighing 14kg, would be 14 x 15mg = 210mg – just under an eighth of a level teaspoon. Using this guide roughly measure the amount required using a serving spoon provided.

Waterfall D-Mannose is a simple food supplement that is suitable for all ages. However, it is alway recommended to seek professional advice when considering any supplement for children under 3 years of age.
Measuring Guide:
- 0.25g / 250mg = Eighth of a level teapoon
- 0.5g / 500mg = Quarter of a level teaspoon
- 1g / 1000mg = Half a level teaspoon
- 2g / 2000mg = One level teaspoon
- 3g / 3000mg = One heaped teaspoon
Tip: Waterfall D-Mannose can be added to your child's school water bottle - mix the required D-Mannose dose based on the average amount of water consumed at school & length of time at school.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use with in 30 days. Over time, pure D-mannose supplements may naturally form clumps, particularly when exposed to moisture. This is completely normal and does not affect the product's quality or effectiveness. Simply break apart any clumps and continue use as usual. To maintain freshness, always ensure lids are tightly sealed after use. If storing in a humid environment, consider keeping the packs in an airtight container for added protection.
